| Beyondbond and Inspire Information Technologies (IIT)
announced today that they have signed an exclusive distribution
agreement, whereby IIT will be the sole distributor of
two of Beyondbond's fixed-income software products to
the Taiwan region. Beyondbond enters into this strategic
alliance with ITT in order to offer its products using
IIT's regional market knowledge and sales channels in
Taiwan.
Under the agreement, Beyondbond will provide IIT with
the Financial Securitizer and Extended Risk Analysis
fixed-income software products for exclusive distribution.
Due to recent regulatory changes and large national
fiscal surpluses, the Taiwan fixed-income market is
poised for record expansion.
