Nobel Prize Winner in Economics,
Robert Engle Invited by Ted Hong, Beyondbond's President, to
Visit China

| After Taiwan, Dr. Ted Hong,
Beyondbond's President and CEO, and Economics Nobel Prize
Winner, Dr. Robert Engle, visited Mainland China. On December
2nd, Dr. Engle gave a public speech to local corporate
leaders while visiting the Optics Valley Sci-Tech Park
in Wuhan, China. This event was organized by the Wuhan
City Hall. Between December 5th and 8th, Dr. Engle participated
in the Centenary Celebration at Fudan University in Shanghai
by giving another speech, and visited the Shanghai Stock
Exchange. During this trip, Dr. Engle covered the following
topics: " Global Financial Volatility: Its Measurement,
Interpretation and Causes," "Downside Risk and
Its Implications for Financial Management", "Volatility
and the Wealth of Nations". |
